I've had two clarifying discussions with the FWS staff assigned to the FOIA. I have to provide additional information on why we should be granted the fee waiver. Will do this tomorrow.
Talked with another reporter on Wednesday and will talk with another one tomorrow. Also spoke with Senator Carper's office.
Reviewing the EA out for comment.
